Every day, we face challenges that threaten our communities and hinder progress—diseases, wars, climate change, and other obstacles that disrupt lives and limit opportunities. These crises often lead to unemployment, poverty, and instability, particularly for women and youth. However, at UDDWaY, we believe that challenges should not hold us back—they should be transformed into opportunities for growth and empowerment.

Rather than being overwhelmed by these difficulties, we equip women and youth to face, address, and solve these global challenges by turning them into meaningful opportunities.

Who We Are!

UDDWaY is a registered non-profit organization under Tanzania’s Non-Governmental Organization Act of 2002. We empower women and youth to face, address, and solve global challenges resulting from diseases, wars, climate change, and other life hindrances—transforming them into meaningful opportunities for innovation, resilience, and economic growth. Through our work, we create pathways for sustainable solutions that reduce youth unemployment and uplift communities.

Whether it’s providing skills and resources to tackle unemployment, empowering individuals, or fostering innovative solutions to health and environmental crises, we are committed to creating lasting change that uplifts communities.
